Welcome to Low-Carb-Sanity. If you are used to the low-carb way of eating, then you will know a lot of the basics that you will see in this blog. Think back to when you were a beginner in the low-carb way of eating and remember how hard it was to learn the basics. Please be nice and helpful to the beginners in the low-carb way of life. I want to make this a place for everyone to learn and to teach about the low-carb way of eating and I want that done in a respectful and friendly manner. Feel free to post questions, ideas, recipes and suggestions. I want this to be a low-carb support blog for anyone from a beginner to the expert. Abbreviations
This is where you will find out what WOE, BPC, LC, LCHF and many other abbreviations mean. If you have some that should be added even if you just know the abbreviation and not the meaning please post them so that I can get them on the list ASAP and thank you :)

WOE – way of eating

LCHF – low carb high-fat

BPC – bullet proof coffee

LC- low-carb
